Was erwartet Sie:

* Bewertung verschiedenster Assetklassen zu den unterschiedlichsten Bewertungszwecken

* Verantwortung für die Koordination und Betreuung von Projekten

* Selbstständige Erstellung vollständiger Wertermittlungsgutachten

* Durchführung von Befundaufnahmen europaweit inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitung

* Freundliche Arbeitsatmosphäre mit gegenseitiger Unterstützung im Team

* Erhebung von Marktdaten und Einholen von Vergleichswerten

Sie zeichnet aus:

* Freude an der Immobilienbewertung, ziel- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Abgeschlossene Schulbildung (HAK, HBLA, HTL, FH, UNI etc.)

* Sehr gute EDV-Anwender- (v.a. MS-Office) und Englischkenntnisse, B-Führerschein

* Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewertung und Gutachtenerstellung von Vorteil

* Spaß am komplexen Denken, Genauigkeit, ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis

* Selbstsicheres und kommunikatives Auftreten

* Freude am Arbeiten im Team
