Als Consultant ben je een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor zowel opdrachtgevers als kandidaten binnen de (maak)industrie. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen commercie en inhoud en weet waar kansen liggen in de markt. Je neemt de regie over searchopdrachten en werkt deze zelfstandig uit van intake tot plaatsing. Tegelijkertijd bouw je actief aan je netwerk binnen de sector. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met opdrachtgevers binnen de (maak)industrie - Strategisch opbouwen en versterken van een relevant en kwalitatief kandidatennetwerk - Zelfstandig searchopdrachten uitvoeren en coördineren, van kandidaatselectie en interviews tot de afstemming en afronding van plaatsingen - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen en wervingsstrategieën - Signaleren en ontwikkelen van new business kansen Het aanbod Je komt terecht in een rol met veel ruimte voor ondernemerschap en eigen inbreng.
