Royal Schiphol Group brengt de wereld binnen handbereik. Wij verbinden Nederland met de rest van de wereld en creëren daarbij waarde voor de economie en de samenleving. Om dit te realiseren werken er ruim 2.000 medewerkers, 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week. Onze ambitie is om Schiphol te ontwikkelen tot de beste luchthaven van Europa, zowel voor passagiers als voor luchtvaartmaatschappijen. Innovatie is hierin essentieel. Ben jij een ervaren consultant die moeiteloos schakelt tussen stakeholdermanagement, data-analyse en directiepresentaties? Heb je ervaring met medewerkertevredenheidsonderzoeken, employee listening en het vertalen van onderzoeksresultaten naar concrete verbeteracties? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Voor de jaarlijkse uitvoering van het medewerkertevredenheidsonderzoek (MTO) zoekt Schiphol tijdelijke versterking. Het MTO vormt een belangrijke basis voor de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie, leiderschap en employee experience. Binnen het onderzoek wordt onder andere de Employee Satisfaction Score (ESAT) gemeten, een belangrijke KPI waarover periodiek wordt gerapporteerd aan management, ondernemingsraad en Executive Committee. Het onderzoek is inmiddels uitgezet onder alle medewerkers. Voor de verdere coördinatie, stakeholderbegeleiding, analyse van resultaten en voorbereiding van rapportages en presentaties zoeken wij een senior professional die gedurende circa 6 tot 8 weken de regie voert op het gehele proces.
