Consultant noise & vibration control Heerjansdam Fulltime 40 uur Hbo, Mbo 06-01-2026 Commercieel Functie Over ons: Bij Rubber Design ontwikkelen en maken we zeer geavanceerde technologie en systemen om trillingen en geluiden van o.a. scheepsmotoren tot een minimum te beperken. Wij houden ons bezig met het maken van berekeningen voor en het leveren van schokveren voor marineschepen wereldwijd. We zijn specialist in engineering, advisering en levering van flexibele ophanging voor uitlaatgassenleidingen. Voor luxe jachten maken we complete schroefasinstallaties. Deze worden door onze eigen field service engineers ingebouwd. In samenwerking met experts in elektromotortechnologie hebben we een e-motor ontwikkeld die wordt geïntegreerd in onze schroefasinstallaties. Over jou: Streef jij naar constante innovatie op het gebied van trillings- en geluidsisolatie en ben je reislustig ingesteld? Als Consultant Noise & Vibration Control adviseer jij klanten op het gebied van voortstuwingsinstallaties en flexibele opstellingen aan boord van (luxe) jachten. Je wordt onderdeel van een team enthousiaste mensen die er naar streven creatieve oplossingen en producten te ontwerpen, met als doel elk schok- en trillingsprobleem adequaat aan te pakken. Waar ben jij onder andere verantwoordelijk voor? - Je adviseert klanten m.b.t. voortstuwingsinstallaties en flexibele opstellingen voor (luxe) jachten, rekening houdend met de specifieke behoeften van de klant. - Het maken en beoordelen van dynamische FEM analyses voor constructiedelen van flexibele opstellingen en het vervaardigen van rapportages van deze analyses voor klanten en/of keurinstanties; - Je ondersteunt Design Engineers bij productontwikkeling en biedt daarnaast ondersteuning aan de afdelingen m.b.t. technische vraagstukken op het gebied van trillings- en geluid reductie; - Het uitvoeren en beoordelen van axiale-, laterale- en torsietrillingsberekeningen voor voortstuwingsins...
