The posting

Als consultant Omgeving ondersteun je lokale besturen bij de behandeling van omgevingsdossiers en de werking van de dienst Omgeving. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met inhoudelijk inzicht in ruimtelijke ordening en vergunningen.

Taken:

  • Behandelen en opvolgen van omgevingsvergunningsaanvragen
  • Controleren van dossiers op volledigheid en ontvankelijkheid
  • Voorbereiden van adviezen en beslissingen
  • Informeren en adviseren van burgers en architecten
  • Voorbereiden van dossiers voor college of gemeenteraad
  • Ondersteunen van vooroverleg en principestandpunten
  • Opzoeken van vergunningsgeschiedenis en stedenbouwkundige voorschriften
  • Bijhouden van registers en administratieve dossiers
  • Rapporteren aan de omgevingsambtenaar of diensthoofd
  • Meewerken aan het verbeteren van werkprocessen binnen de dienst

Wie zoeken wij:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting zoals: Ruimtelijke ordening en stedenbouw Vastgoed Milieu en duurzaamheid Toegepaste architectuur
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt sterke administratieve en analytische vaardigheden.
  • Je kan regelgeving en procedures correct toepassen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en klantgericht.
  • Je kan zelfstandig dossiers opvolgen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met digitale dossiersystemen en administratieve software.
  • Je bent flexibel en past je snel aan nieuwe werkomgevingen aan.
  • Je hebt interesse in ruimtelijke ordening en lokale besturen.
  • Ervaring met omgevingsvergunningen, ruimtelijke ordening, omgevingsloket of een lokaal bestuur is een sterke troef.
