In het kort: Je gaat binnen het VRS-programma OpenText-gebaseerde IAM-oplossingen doorontwikkelen, onboardingapplicatie Foarder aanpassen en een API bouwen voor beheer van non-human identities met sterke focus op security en architectuur. Let op: Dit betreft een Strippenkaart van 16 uur per week Projectcontext De inzet is noodzakelijk binnen het programma Verbeteren Reisdocumentenstelsel (VRS). Het doel is het toekomstbestendig maken van het Nederlandse reisdocumentenstelsel door de kwaliteit, fraudebestendigheid en betrouwbaarheid van paspoorten en identiteitskaarten te verhogen. De consultant draagt bij aan verdere ontwikkeling en continuïteit van het programma. Opdrachtomschrijving - Aanpassingen aan de door OpenText gebouwde onboardingapplicatie ‘Foarder’. - Bouw van een applicatie/integratie API voor beheer van non-human identities. De functionele en technische complexiteit van de werkzaamheden binnen het VRS-programma vereist een hoogwaardig en zeer specifiek kennisprofiel. Om de continuïteit, veiligheid en architectuur van het stelsel te waarborgen, zijn de gestelde eisen en wensen ten aanzien van expertise en certificering bedrijfskritisch. Hieronder de opsomming: 1. Diepgaande en specialistische productexpertise De bestaande omgeving rust fundamenteel op specialistische OpenText-componenten. Voor de doorontwikkeling en het beheer is diepgaande productkennis van Enterprise Java en de API's van NetIQ Identity Manager en NetIQ Access Manager noodzakelijk. Deze expertise moet direct inzetbaar zijn om complexe, noodzakelijke aanpassingen binnen de bestaande oplossing zorgvuldig en efficiënt te realiseren. Daarnaast is de complexiteit zodanig dat directe afstemming met de product- en ontwikkelteams van OpenText mogelijk moet zijn. Dit zorgt ervoor dat wijzigingen optimaal aansluiten bij de product-roadmap, waardoor onnodig maatwerk wordt voorkomen en standaarden effectief worden benut. Een concreet praktijkvoorbeeld hiervan is de realisatie van de complexe eHe.
