Taken & verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheer van verzekeringsdossiers binnen Brand en Auto.
  • Opmaken en verwerken van offertes.
  • Omzetten van offertes naar polissen.
  • Aanpassen en actualiseren van bestaande contracten.
  • Opvolgen van schadedossiers en administratieve dossiers.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, verzekeraars en makelaars.
  • Adviseren van klanten rond verzekeringsoplossingen.
  • Werken in BRIO voor beheer en opvolging van dossiers.
  • Tijdelijk of langdurig versterken van verschillende makelaarskantoren via consultancy-opdrachten.
  • Zorgen voor een kwalitatieve en klantgerichte dienstverlening.

Profiel

  • Ervaring als polisbeheerder binnen de verzekeringssector.
  • Sterke kennis van Brand- en Autoverzekeringen.
  • Ervaring met BRIO is een must.
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en een sterke basis Frans.
  • Sociaal en communicatief sterk.
  • Flexibel en vlot inzetbaar binnen verschillende projecten.
  • Klantgericht ingesteld.
  • Nauwkeurig en administratief sterk.
  • Zelfstandig, maar ook een echte teamplayer.
  • Zin om bij verschillende klanten ervaring op te bouwen.
