Heb je ervaring in stedenbouw of ruimtelijke ordening in een lokaal bestuur en wil je dit graag inzetten binnen diverse besturen?

Of je nu werkt als deskundige ruimtelijke ordening, stedenbouwkundig medewerker, omgevingsambtenaar of beleidsmedewerker ruimtelijke ordening: bij ons krijg je de kans om je ervaring in te zetten in diverse projecten en omgevingen, afgestemd op jouw ervaring en interesses.

Bij ons ga je aan de slag in een omgeving waar jouw talent, groei en maatschappelijke impact centraal staan. SkillSourcing is er voor wie wil groeien, samenwerken en elke dag met zin aan de slag wil gaan.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je behandelt en beoordeelt omgevingsvergunningen (stedenbouwkundige handelingen)

• Je analyseert dossiers en toetst deze aan ruimtelijke regelgeving

• Je adviseert over vergunningsaanvragen en ruimtelijke vraagstukken

• Je ondersteunt bij ruimtelijke plannen en beleidsdossiers (RUP, visietrajecten…)

• Je overlegt met burgers, architecten en interne diensten

• Je bewaakt de correcte toepassing van regelgeving en procedures

• Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte en kwalitatieve werking van de dienst

Afhankelijk van de opdracht werk je meer dossiergericht of beleidsmatig.

• Je hebt een diploma in ruimtelijke ordening, stedenbouw of een gelijkaardige richting

• Je hebt ervaring binnen een lokaal bestuur

• Je bent vertrouwd met regelgeving rond ruimtelijke ordening

• Je werkt nauwkeurig, maar denkt ook inhoudelijk mee

• Je communiceert helder en kan adviezen goed onderbouwen

• Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid

• Je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen naar onze klanten (± 1 uur reistijd met file ingerekend)
