Jouw rol Als Consultant Teams Telefonie en Klantcontact oplossingen ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen IT en business. Je adviseert organisaties over de optimale inrichting van Microsoft Teams Telefonie met een sterke focus op klantcontactcenters en integraties met CRM en ERP systemen. Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen en vertaalt deze naar praktische oplossingen die klantbeleving en efficiëntie verbeteren. Je werkt nauw samen met IT afdelingen en business stakeholders om techniek en processen naadloos te integreren. Daarnaast begeleid je implementaties en zorg je ervoor dat gebruikers het maximale uit de oplossingen halen. Zowel op het gebied van klantbeleving als medewerker ervaring speel jij een sleutelrol.
