Voor onze vestiging in Vorden zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega voor de functie van allround consultant.

Als consultant ben je het kloppende hart van onze organisatie, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het matchen van talent met de juiste opdrachten. Je bent een uitstekende gesprekspartner, proactief richting zowel klanten als kandidaten, creatief in wervingsmethoden en vooral gepassioneerd over het 'product' mens. Dat klinkt misschien vreemd, maar het is wel waar onze business om draait. Al bijna 25 jaar brengt Euro Planit kandidaten en vacatures succesvol samen. Vanuit onze vestigingen in Oost-Nederland bedienen we verschillende sectoren, waaronder logistiek, industrie en techniek.

Je begint je dag op kantoor of bij de klant. Voor de vacatures bij je klant stel je zelf een plan op. Je richt je voornamelijk op het vinden van productie- en logistiek personeel en weet hoe je deze doelgroep moet bereiken. Voor het vinden (en plaatsen!) van kandidaten werk je nauw samen met je collega's. Hoewel er veel tools tot je beschikking staan, staan we altijd open voor nieuwe ideeën! Het liefst voer je zelf de gesprekken met kandidaten, zowel op ons kantoor in Vorden als op locatie bij de klant. Zo kun je snel schakelen en indien nodig een rondleiding door de fabriek geven. Je denkt actief mee met zowel klant als sollicitant om de perfecte match te vinden. Veel administratieve taken worden overgenomen door onze backoffice zodat jij kunt focussen op waar je goed in bent. Zij regelen onder andere de contracten en urenregistratie. Je hebt vrijheid om je eigen agenda in te vullen, maar je staat er nooit alleen voor. Samen met je collega's streef je ernaar om elke dag tot een succes te maken!
