Heb jij een passie voor kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en de voedingssector? En wil je jouw expertise inzetten om voedingsbedrijven verder te helpen?

Je begeleidt klanten uit de food- en feedsector bij het uitwerken, verbeteren en onderhouden van hun kwaliteits- en veiligheidssystemen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je begeleidt op een persoonlijke manier voedingsbedrijven bij het opzetten, verbeteren en onderhouden van hun kwaliteits- en veiligheidssystemen.
  • Je werkt rond verschillende kwaliteitsstandaarden en certificeringen, waaronder BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, BIO, FCA, MSC, ASC, RSPO en RTRS.
  • Je voert interne audits uit en begeleidt klanten bij de voorbereiding op externe audits en inspecties, waaronder controles door het FAVV.
  • Je geeft opleidingen en sensibiliseert medewerkers rond kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.
  • Je analyseert bestaande processen en systemen en formuleert concrete verbeteradviezen.
  • Je biedt klanten begeleiding op maat en denkt mee over praktische oplossingen voor hun uitdagingen.
  • Je behandelt en volgt klachten en kwaliteitsissues op.
  • Je werkt mee aan nieuwe projecten, investeringen en productontwikkelingen.
  • Je volgt kwaliteitsinitiatieven op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je rapporteert je bevindingen en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke en haalbare aanbevelingen.
  • Je werkt zowel bij klanten op locatie als van thuis uit, met verplaatsingen voornamelijk binnen West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig aan projecten, maar kunt ook rekenen op collega's voor grotere of complexere dossiers.
  • Je hebt minstens een bacheloropleiding in een relevante richting, zoals voeding, biotechnologie, biochemie of gelijkwaardig.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in de voedingssector en kwaliteitszorg.
  • Kennis of ervaring met kwaliteitsstandaarden zoals BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 of gelijkaardige normen is een troef.
  • Een eerste werkervaring binnen kwaliteit, voeding of voedselveiligheid is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en weet projecten goed te organiseren.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent leergierig en wilt jouw kennis voortdurend verder uitbreiden.
  • Je bent communicatief, empathisch en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en beschikt over een gezonde dosis assertiviteit.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
