Euro Planit bemiddelt al ruim 20 jaar mbo-, hbo- en wo-professionals binnen techniek, logistiek en industrie. Je werkt vanuit de vestiging in Vorden voor klanten in de Achterhoek en Liemers. Functiebeschrijving Als Consultant Werving Selectie begeleid je kandidaten en opdrachtgevers van eerste kennismaking tot succesvolle plaatsing. - Je werft en selecteert kandidaten voor vaste en interimfuncties; - Je bezoekt opdrachtgevers en bouwt relaties op; - Je voert intakegesprekken en schrijft wervingsprofielen; - Je begeleidt kandidaten tijdens het sollicitatieproces; - Je signaleert kansen in de markt en adviseert opdrachtgevers over werving en HR-vraagstukken. Functie-eisen Als Consultant Werving Selectie weet jij mensen en organisaties met elkaar te verbinden. - Je hebt een relevante hbo-opleiding afgerond; - Je hebt ervaring in arbeidsbemiddeling of recruitment; - Je communiceert makkelijk met kandidaten en opdrachtgevers; - Je bent bereid een netwerk in de regio verder uit te bouwen; - Kennis van techniek is mooi meegenomen.
