Wil je bijdragen aan het toegankelijk en betaalbaar houden van de zorg en ben je toe aan een carrièrestap? Solliciteer dan op de functie consultant Zorgcontrol. Binnen deze functie maak je als consultant onderdeel uit van de Business Area Zorgregistratie. Hierbinnen werken we aan vraagstukken en opdrachten rondom de Zorgregistratie. Jij denkt actief mee met ziekenhuizen over hoe ze de kraan dicht kunnen draaien om registratiefouten te verminderen en hoe de klant hier optimaal in ondersteund wordt. In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor: - Het adviseren van de klant bij het inzetten van de tools, het lezen van de analyses en het uitwerken van de analyses in vervolgtrajecten; - Het onderhouden van contacten met de klanten op tactisch en strategisch niveau en het rapporteren over de voortgang van projecten; - Het onderhouden van een eigen netwerk en het signaleren en verzilveren van commerciële kansen; - Het actief bijdragen aan doorontwikkeling van de bedrijfsfilosofie, producten, tooling en aanpak; - Coachen en begeleiden van young professionals. Wat vragen wij? - Afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding in Zorgmanagement, Health Sciences of bedrijfskundige richting zoals (Technische) bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar; - Ervaring met relevante wet- en regelgeving, ziekenhuisfinanciering, en de DBC systematiek; - Een stevige persoonlijkheid met sterke adviesvaardigheden, aangevuld met kennis en vaardigheden op het gebied van projectmanagement - Minimaal 3 jaar specifieke ervaring in de zorgbranche. Bijvoorbeeld bij een consultancybureau, ziekenhuis of zorgverzekeraar; - Je bent in staat om projectmatig te werken, goed te plannen en deadlines te halen; - Analytisch vermogen: je kunt denken in datastructuren en hebt g...
