De werkzaamheden omvatten projectbegeleiding, ontwerpbeoordeling, inspecties, prestatiemetingen en aanvullende technische onderzoeken. Daarmee richtte IBS Consultants zich op het toetsen van de gevelkwaliteit in de verschillende fasen van het bouwproces. 1. Ontwerpbeoordeling en technische voorbereiding IBS Consultants voerde een uitgebreide plantoets uit en controleerde de detaillering van de gevelleveranciers. Daarnaast beoordeelde IBS Consultants een mock-up: een representatieve proefopstelling waarmee de uitgewerkte geveloplossing vooraf kan worden beoordeeld. Ook is de onderbouwing van het brandgedrag van de gevelconstructie behandeld. Deze werkzaamheden waren gericht op het toetsen van de technische uitwerking en het beoordelen van relevante aspecten van de gevelveiligheid voordat en tijdens de realisatie. 2. Kwaliteitscontrole tijdens productie en montage Tijdens de productie- en uitvoeringsfase voerde IBS Consultants productiecontroles en montage-inspecties uit. In de opleveringsfase volgden aanvullende inspecties om de gerealiseerde gevel te beoordelen. Door de detaillering, de productie en de montage te controleren, konden technische aandachtspunten gedurende het bouwproces worden gesignaleerd en besproken. De inspecties vormden daarmee een belangrijk onderdeel van de kwaliteitsbewaking, van de voorbereiding tot en met de oplevering. 3.
