TconcepT, Jan des Bouvrie en Piet Boon Studio Periode: 2018 - 2025 Deltaplain Kijkduin - geveltechnisch advies, luchtdichtheid en kwaliteitscontrole Voor het project Kijkduin heeft IBS Consultants gedurende meerdere jaren uitvoerige geveltechnische advisering, inspecties en onderzoeken uitgevoerd. De werkzaamheden richtten zich op de technische beoordeling van de bouwplannen, de controle van de uitvoering en het onderzoeken en verbeteren van de water- en luchtdichtheid van de gebouwschil. 1. Plantoetsing en technische advisering IBS Consultants beoordeelde de plannen voor fase 2 en stelde testplannen op voor de uit te voeren controles en beproevingen. Daarnaast controleerde IBS Consultants tekenwerk en rapportages en adviseerde het over de technische uitvoering. Hiermee werden de relevante geveltechnische aandachtspunten beoordeeld en kregen de betrokken partijen ondersteuning bij het bewaken van de kwaliteit tijdens de verschillende projectfasen. 2. Inspecties en onderzoek naar water- en luchtdichtheid Tijdens uitvoeringsinspecties beoordeelde IBS Consultants de gerealiseerde werkzaamheden. Ook werden waterdichtheidsmetingen (WW-metingen) bijgewoond en beoordeeld. Na de eerste meting zijn drie aanvullende WW-metingen uitgevoerd om de waterdichtheid nader te onderzoeken. Daarnaast voerde IBS Consultants luchtdoorlatendheidsonderzoek op gebouwniveau uit. Ook is ondersteuning verleend bij herstelmaatregelen ter verbetering van de luchtdichtheid. In 2026 zijn aanvullende onderzoeken uitgevoerd binnen de fasen 1 tot en met 3 van het project. 3.
