Financial Controller Onze opdrachtgever is een middelgroot IT bedrijf actief binnen zowel hardware, software, werkplekken, consultancy en diensten. Deze activiteiten zijn onder ca. 10 werkmaatschappijen onder gebracht en haar klanten worden vanuit meerdere locaties bediend. Haar klanten zijn met name MKB bedrijven. Voor de afdeling financiële administratie in Huizen (NH) zoeken wij per direct een FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (m/v) voor minimaal 32 uur per week. Als Financial Controller bij dit informele bedrijf krijg je een brede rol waarin je rapportages, jaarrekeningen en analyses beheert. Je hebt veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en werkt binnen een team met 4 collega's op afdeling finance vanuit een senior rol. Je rapporteert aan de CFO. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Financiële rapportages en analyses opstellen - De planning- en controlcyclus bewaken - De btw-aangiftes volledig verzorgen - Jaarrekeningen voor diverse werkmaatschappijen opstellen - Balansdossiers nauwkeurig controleren - Kwaliteit van project- en salarisadministratie bewaken - Financiële risico's en kansen signaleren - Financiële processen analyseren en verbeteren Voorwaarden: - Maandsalaris tussen € 4200,- en € 6500,- op basis van 40 uur/week; - Fijne collega's in Huizen maar ook de mogelijkheid om deels van huis uit te werken; - Prima secundaire voorwaarden waaronder uitstekende opleidingsmogelijkheden; - Vaste baan met veel ruimte voor initiatief Wat neem jij mee: - Afgeronde HBO-opleiding richting finance of control; - 5 tot 10 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Ruime ervaring met financiële rapportages en balansdossiers; - Nauwkeuring, initiatief, meedenken met de organisatie, sterke persoonlijkheid; - Communicatief sterk, analytisch, probleemoplossend en kritisch.
