Hou je van telefonisch contact en krijg je energie van een goede afspraak? Als telecaller leg je contacten met bedrijven en plan je afspraken in.

Je komt terecht in een professionele werkomgeving waar persoonlijk contact centraal staat. Zowel jobstudenten als interimmedewerkers zijn welkom. Je krijgt de nodige informatie en een duidelijke bedrijvenlijst, zodat je gericht aan de slag kunt.

Je neemt telefonisch contact op met bedrijven en zoekt de juiste gesprekspartner. Je stelt de organisatie kort en professioneel voor en overtuigt potentiële klanten om een afspraak met een verkoper vast te leggen. Die afspraak vindt plaats via Teams of tijdens een bedrijfsbezoek.

- Je belt bedrijven proactief op tijdens de kantooruren. - Je vraagt gericht door tot je de juiste contactpersoon bereikt. - Je stelt het bedrijf kort, duidelijk en professioneel voor. - Je speelt vlot in op vragen en opmerkingen tijdens het gesprek. - Je overtuigt gesprekspartners om een afspraak met een verkoper in te plannen. - Je plant afspraken in voor een Teams-meeting of bedrijfsbezoek. - Je werkt met een vooraf aangeleverde lijst van bedrijven en telefoonnummers. - Na een positieve screening word je uitgenodigd voor een testdag. Zo ontdek je meteen of de functie bij je past.

Je reageert vlot op vragen en opmerkingen van gesprekspartners. Je communiceert enthousiast en beschikt over voldoende overtuigingskracht om afspraken vast te leggen.
