Ben jij een ervaren planner met kennis van containertransport en ben je vertrouwd met de werking van de haven van Antwerpen? Hou je van een dynamische werkomgeving, korte communicatielijnen en een familiale sfeer? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou.

Voor een gevestigd transportbedrijf actief in container- en wegtransport zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Containerplanner.

Jouw functie

Als Containerplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte dagelijkse planning en opvolging van de transporten. Je werkt nauw samen met chauffeurs, klanten en collega's en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse transportactiviteiten vlot verlopen.

Jouw taken

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse planning en opvolging van containertransporten.
  • Je hebt regelmatig contact met chauffeurs, klanten en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je volgt de transporten op en stuurt de planning bij waar nodig.
  • Je speelt flexibel in op wijzigingen, vertragingen en onverwachte situaties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's binnen de planning.
  • Je plant occasioneel ook andere transporten, zoals tankwagens en bachéwagens.
  • Je denkt actief mee over een efficiënte organisatie van de transporten.
  • Je zorgt voor een duidelijke communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.

Je werkt in een ploegensysteem, waarbij de werkuren variëren binnen een tijdsvenster van 8.00 tot 21.30 uur.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen containertransport.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de werking van de haven van Antwerpen.
  • Kennis van ADR is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Ervaring met het plannen van tankwagens en/of bachéwagens is een extra troef.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt goed het overzicht bewaren.
  • Je kunt snel schakelen wanneer de planning wijzigt.
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met collega's, chauffeurs en klanten.
  • Je bent flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je functioneert goed binnen een klein team.
