We bieden een podium aan de stem van de Nederlandse samenleving en maken nieuws toegankelijk, herkenbaar en persoonlijk. Als Online Coördinator ben jij de schakel tussen de online redactie en de tv-redactie. Je weet wat er speelt, haalt actief verhalen en informatie op en zorgt dat relevante content ook online goed tot zijn recht komt. Daarbij bewaak je de herkenbare toon en het merkgevoel van Hart van Nederland. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent gedurende de dienst de verbindende schakel tussen de online redactie en de tv-redactie van Hart van Nederland; - Je haalt actief nieuws, informatie en content op bij de tv-redactie en bij andere merken binnen Talpa; - Je denkt samen met het online team na over welke verhalen geschikt zijn voor online en hoe deze het beste kunnen worden gebracht; - Je spoort redacteuren aan om teksten, informatie en andere relevante input aan te leveren bij de online redactie; - Je redigeert niet alleen artikelen, maar schrijft zelf ook verhalen voor online; - Je stemt inhoudelijk af met de videosamensteller en bewaakt de voortgang van de online videoproductie; - Je bewaakt gedurende de dag het merkgevoel van Hart van Nederland en zorgt dat dit ook online herkenbaar terugkomt.
