Aufgaben

* Content ist King - du weißt was die neuesten Trends auf Tiktok und Co sind

* Fokus Contentproduktion: Reels, Storys und Co

* Du steuerst operativ unsere Seiten: Selbstständige Betreuung unserer Social Media Kanäle (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & Co)

* Du bist der kreative Kopf und entwickelst kreative Kampagnen Kanalübergreifend (Meta, Tiktok, Pitnerest...)

* Du bist der Experte fur Interior: Inszenierung unserer Möbel und Accessoires durch ästhetisch schön aufbereiteten Content

* Du weißt, wer unsere Werbung sehen will: Erstellung und Steuerung von zielgruppengerechten Werbeanzeigen auf allen Social Media Kanälen

* Auch die Analyse lässt du nicht zu kurz kommen: Kontinuierliche Analyse, Erfolgsmessung und Optimierung der Maßnahmen anhand relevanter KPIs

Qualifikationen

* Du liebst Deko genau so sehr wie wir: Großes Interesse am Thema Interior und ein Händchen fur das in Szene setzen von Räumen und Accessoires

* Du stehst gerne vor und hinter der Kamera und erzählst uber die neuesten Einrichtungstrends

* Kreativität meets Genauigkeit: Du hast eine Schwäche fur digitale Trends und weißt, wie du unsere Marke in Szene setzt

* Neben einer ordentlichen Portion Leidenschaft hast du eine Ausbildung oder bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Online Marketing

* Du kennst die gängigen Social Media Tools (z.B. Facebook Business Manager) und Analyse-Tools

* Dein Job ist dir wichtig: Gutes Zeitmanagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Hands-on Mentalität: eigenständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgespur, Teamplayer Mentalität

* Gesicherte Deutschkenntnisse

Als Möglichmacher:in mit entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung kannst du bei dieser Position ab € 2.400,00 Brutto rechnen. Wir legen großen Wert darauf, dein tatsächliches Gehalt individuell im persönlichen Gespräch festzulegen.
