1 Content Creator & Social Media Manager (m/m/w), 30-32 Std./Woche, Wien (AT) Du möchtest kreative Ideen in Content verwandeln und unsere Marke auf Social Media sichtbar und erlebbar machen? Als Content Creator & Social Media Manager (m/w/d) am Standort Wien entwickelst du unsere Social-Media-Präsenz gemeinsam mit unserer Agentur weiter. Dabei verbindest du strategisches Denken mit deiner Leidenschaft für Content und setzt deine Ideen auch selbst um - von der Konzeption über den Dreh bis zum fertigen Video.

Deine Aufgaben

* Weiterentwicklung unserer Content- und Social-Media-Strategie gemeinsam mit dem Corporate Marketing und unserer Agentur.

* Planung und laufende Optimierung des Redaktionsplans in Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern und unseren Länderorganisationen.

* Konzeption und eigenständige Produktion von Foto- und Videocontent für Instagram, Facebook, YouTube und weitere relevante Kanäle.

* Umsetzung von Reels, Stories, Kurzvideos, Bildstrecken, Grafiken und Thumbnails - von der Idee über Storyboard und Dreh bis zum Schnitt.

* Entwicklung von kreativen Storylines und Inhalten für unsere Produkte, Kampagnen, Projekte und Unternehmensgeschichten. Erstellung von Captions und Social-Media-Texten in unserer markenkonformen Tonalität.

* Zusammenarbeit mit internen Expert:innen, Länderorganisationen und unserer Agentur sowie Koordination externer Content-Produktionen.

* Beobachtung von Social-Media-Trends und neuen Formaten sowie Übertragung relevanter Trends auf unsere Marke.

* Analyse der Content-Performance und Ableitung von Learnings zur laufenden Optimierung unserer Social-Media-Aktivitäten.

* Sicherstellung eines konsistenten und professionellen Markenauftritts über unsere zentralen und lokalen Social-Media-Kanäle.

Das bringst du mit

* Erfahrung in Content Creation, Social Media Management, digitaler Kommunikation

* Sehr gutes Verständnis für Instagram, Facebook und YouTube sowie ein Gespür für Trends, Storytelling und plattformgerechten Content.

* Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Foto- und Videoproduktion, insbesondere mit Reels, Stories, Shorts

* Sicherer Umgang mit Bild-, Video- und Designtools, ideal Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen.

* Kreativität, ein gutes Gespür für Bildsprache und Text sowie hohe Qualitätsansprüche.

* Eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Sicherheit im Umgang mit mehreren Themen und Stakeholdern. * Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber internen Ansprechpartner:innen, Länderorganisationen, Agenturen und externen Partner:innen.

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen.
