Jouw rol: Jij bent de creatieve kracht achter de socialmediakanalen van de gemeente Eindhoven. Jij brengt de stad tot leven met storytelling en sterke visuele content: van het filmen van events en het editen van reels tot het bedenken van formats. Je vertaalt verhalen uit de stad en de organisatie naar content die raakt en opvalt. Tegelijk kijk je verder dan alleen creëren en plaatsen; je denkt mee over wat werkt, waarom het werkt en hoe het beter kan. Je ziet overal kansen om content te maken en krijgt de ruimte om te experimenteren en nieuwe ideeën tot leven te brengen. - Je bedenkt en maakt diverse social content voor Instagram, Facebook en LinkedIn. - Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt samen met het team de contentstrategie. - Je filmt, fotografeert, monteert video's, bewerkt beeldmateriaal (met een smartphone). - Je vertaalt verhalen uit de stad en de organisatie naar creatieve (video)formats, campagnes en social content. - Je neemt initiatief en maakt zelfstandig beeldmateriaal en monteert dit tot pakkende content. - Je adviseert collega's over hoe zij zelf sterke video- en social content kunnen maken. - Je volgt trends, test nieuwe formats en vertaalt kansen naar creatieve ideeën.
