Een blik op jouw volgende uitdaging… Binnen het Marketingteam Performance Marketing speelt de Content Manager een sleutelrol in het versterken van de digitale zichtbaarheid en business impact van Ethias. Je ontwikkelt en stuurt een doordachte contentstrategie aan over web, SEO/GEO, CRO en video heen. In een “always‑on” en datagedreven context optimaliseer je content met één duidelijk doel: de juiste gebruiker op het juiste moment begeleiden naar actie. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met operationele daadkracht en werkt samen met een brede waaier aan stakeholders.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een strategische contentvisie in het AI‑tijdperk, met focus op SEO, GEO en performante contentformats. - Je stuurt de redactionele en optimalisatiestrategie aan via een duidelijke roadmap, prioriteiten en planning. - Je centraliseert alle contentinitiatieven (artikels, productpagina’s, video’s, hubs, FAQ’s) en bewaakt een heldere portfolio‑visie. - Je vertaalt businessdoelstellingen naar concrete en actiegerichte contentbriefings met focus op zichtbaarheid en conversie. - Je coördineert interne en externe stakeholders (marketing, product, UX/UI, development, analytics, legal/compliance). - Je past SEO‑, GEO‑ en SXO‑principes toe op expertniveau en optimaliseert content voor zowel zoekmachines als gebruikers. - Je werkt nauw samen met UX/UI aan leesbaarheid, structuur, microcopy en call‑to‑actions om fricties te verminderen. - Je analyseert prestaties, definieert KPI’s en meetplannen en formuleert concrete optimalisatie‑ en testaanbevelingen.

Welke vaardigheden en talenten breng jij mee naar Ethias? - Je hebt 5 tot 7 jaar ervaring in contentmanagement, contentstrategie, SEO‑content of digitale marketing. - Je beheerst de SEO‑fundamenten sterk (techniek, semantiek, zoekintentie, structuur en interne linking). - Je hebt inzicht in GEO‑uitdagingen en optimalisatie voor AI‑ en generatieve zoekmachines. - Je hebt affiniteit met CRO, UX writing en UX/UI en optimaliseert content richting conversie. - Je beschikt over een uitgesproken datagedreven mindset en bent comfortabel met dashboards en analyses. - Je hebt sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en kan prioriteiten stellen, plannen en opleveren. - Je bent spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans en communiceert gestructureerd, impactgericht en overtuigend.
