The posting

Un regard sur ton prochain défi... Au sein de l’équipe Marketing Performance, tu joues un rôle clé dans le renforcement de la visibilité digitale et de l’impact business d’Ethias. Tu développes et pilotes une stratégie de contenu réfléchie couvrant le web, le SEO/GEO, le CRO et la vidéo. Dans un contexte « always on » et « data‑driven », tu optimises les contenus avec un objectif clair : accompagner le bon utilisateur, au bon moment, vers l’action. Tu combines une vision stratégique avec une forte capacité opérationnelle et tu collabores avec un large éventail de parties prenantes.

Tes principales responsabilités:

• Tu développes et implémentes une vision stratégique du contenu à l’ère de l’IA, avec un focus sur le SEO, le GEO et des formats de contenu performants ; • Tu pilotes la stratégie éditoriale et d’optimisation via une roadmap claire, des priorités et une planification structurée ; • Tu centralises toutes les initiatives de contenu (articles, pages produits, vidéos, hubs, FAQ) et tu garantis une vision claire du portefeuille ; • Tu traduis les objectifs business en briefings de contenu concrets et orientés action, avec un focus sur la visibilité et la conversion ; • Tu coordonnes les parties prenantes internes et externes (marketing, produit, UX/UI, développement, analytics, legal/compliance) ; • Tu appliques les principes SEO, GEO et SXO à un niveau expert et tu optimises les contenus tant pour les moteurs de recherche que pour les utilisateurs ; • Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec l’UX/UI sur la lisibilité, la structure, la microcopy et les call‑to‑actions afin de réduire les frictions ; • Tu analyses les performances, tu définis les KPI et les plans de mesure, et tu formules des recommandations concrètes d’optimisation et de tests.

Quels sont les compétences et talents que tu apportes à Ethias ? • Tu as minimum 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en content management, stratégie de contenu, SEO content ou marketing digital ; • Tu as une très bonne maîtrise des fondamentaux du SEO (technique, sémantique, intention de recherche, structure et maillage interne) ; • Tu as une compréhension des enjeux GEO et de l’optimisation pour l’IA et les moteurs de recherche génératifs ; • Tu as une affinité avec le CRO, l’UX writing et l’UX/UI, et tu optimises les contenus en vue de la conversion ; • Tu disposes d’un mindset fortement data‑driven et tu es à l’aise avec les dashboards et les analyses ; • Tu as de solides compétences en gestion de projets et tu sais prioriser, planifier et délivrer ; • Tu parles couramment le néerlandais et le français et tu communiques de manière structurée, orientée impact et convaincante.
