Je ontwikkelt, creëert en optimaliseert content die onze doelgroepen inspireert, informeert en in beweging brengt. Je vertaalt onze contentstrategie naar creatieve en aansprekende content voor verschillende kanalen. Daarbij bewaak je onze herkenbare tone of voice en zorg je ervoor dat alles wat we delen past bij wie artra is en waar we voor staan. Je schrijft over de wereld van werk, met een sterke focus op de flexbranche. Een dynamische sector waarin ontwikkelingen en wet- en regelgeving elkaar snel opvolgen. Jij weet je in deze onderwerpen te verdiepen en maakt er begrijpelijke, relevante en boeiende content van. Dit ga je doen: - Je verdiept je in de behoeften, wensen en uitdagingen van onze (potentiële) doelgroepen en richt je (content)plannen daar vervolgens op in; - Je vertaalt onze contentstrategie, persona's en customer journeys naar gerichte content en draagt actief bij aan de groei en betrokkenheid van onze online community; - Je creëert, beheert, redigeert en publiceert content voor verschillende platformen, waaronder website en social media; - Je bedenkt en ontwikkelt creatieve contentformats, zoals podcasts en video's, en vindt het leuk om zelf o...
