Wij zijn een ambitieuze bakkerijketen met meerdere vestigingen in Vlaams-Brabant. Met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, vakmanschap en betrouwbaarheid hebben we een uitstekende reputatie opgebouwd in de sector.

Maar eerlijk? De buitenwereld ziet nog lang niet wat er hier allemaal in de maak is. Daar kom jij in beeld.

We zoeken een creatieve, gedreven marketeer die niet alleen campagnes bedenkt, maar ze ook uitvoert — van Instagram Reels tot promotieacties in de winkels. Iemand die begrijpt hoe merken groeien, en die energie krijgt van het feit dat er hier nog zoveel terrein te winnen valt.

Wat je gaat doen

📱 Content maken die mensen écht bekijken Je filmt, monteert en post voor Instagram, TikTok en Facebook. Je bedenkt formats, niet alleen posts. Denk: een reeks waarin je Frederik volgt door de bakkerij, achter-de-schermen chaos om 5 uur 's ochtends, gekke experimenten met deeg — jij weet beter dan wij wat viraal kan gaan.

🎉 Een eigen evenement bouwen Ja, echt. We willen een rave of een fietstocht langs al onze vestigingen organiseren, met start en finish in Leuven.

📊 Weten of het werkt Je houdt van creatief bezig zijn, maar ook van cijfers checken. Meta Business Suite en Google Analytics zijn je vrienden — je meet, leert bij en stuurt bij.

Daarnaast:

  • Creatieve posts, captions, stories en ads opstellen die passen bij ons merk
  • Shoots voorbereiden: producten, props, setting én medewerkers in beeld brengen
  • Meedenken over verpakking en merchandising (jassen, petten, tassen)

Jij, waarschijnlijk

  • Filmt en monteert alsof het niks is
  • Hebt een bachelor marketing/communicatie of gerelateerde ervaring
  • Werkt even goed creatief als analytisch: je bedenkt iets moois én meet of het werkt
  • Bent zelfstandig, proactief en neemt graag ownership over je projecten
  • Hebt gevoel voor branding en bewaakt een consistente merkstijl
  • Neemt graag het heft in handen — niemand hoeft je te micromanagen
