The posting

In deze functie als content specialist ben je dagelijks bezig met het verbeteren en verrijken van de online productinformatie. Je beheert de gegevens in het ERP-systeem en de webshop en zorgt ervoor dat producten voorzien zijn van duidelijke teksten, goede afbeeldingen, USP’s en de juiste specificaties.

Je bent in deze rol niet alleen bezig met de informatie zelf, maar ook de manier waarop klanten dit online tegenkomen. Je hebt oog voor detail en denkt mee over hoe producten beter vindbaar kunnen worden in Google én uiteraard AI. AI speelt namelijk een steeds grotere rol binnen jouw werkzaamheden. Je kan daarom goed zelfstandig werken en gebruikt moderne AI-tools om productcontent te verbeteren. Je blijft kritisch kijken naar de kwaliteit, want dat is erg belangrijk voor de afdeling.

Naast het beheren van content krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over commerciële verbeteringen. Zie je een kans om de online klantreis te verbeteren? Dan wordt jouw input meer dan gewaardeerd. Waar nodig ondersteun je collega’s bij e-commerce verkoopactiviteiten, online aanvragen en klantvragen.
