Als contentspecialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en realiseren van content die raakt, informeert en verbindt. Je neemt eigenaarschap over je kanalen en content en zorgt dat deze continu bijdragen aan de communicatiedoelstellingen van Evides. Je ziet kansen, speelt in op actualiteit en weet precies wat werkt voor welke doelgroep. Je werkt zelfstandig en snel, en zoekt actief de samenwerking op met collega's en interne stakeholders. Wat je doet - Je ontwikkelt en realiseert content voor online en offlinekanalen (zoals intranet, social media, nieuwsbrieven en website) - Je neemt eigenaarschap over de contentkalender en zorgt voor tijdige en kwalitatieve oplevering (juiste toon en content voor de juiste doelgroep) - Je coördineert en produceert content, schakelt met collega's en externe partijen en schrijft duidelijke briefings - Je zorgt voor bereik, engagement en relevantie en stuurt actief op resultaten - Je beheert en optimaliseert content in het CMS, met oog voor SEO, gebruiksvriendelijkheid en conversie - Je monitort prestaties via dashboards en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen - Je pakt proactief in op actualiteit en ontwikkelt content die aansluit bij wat er speelt - Je voert community management en bewaakt toon en stijl; - Daarnaast adviseer je interne collega's gevraagd en ongevraagd over middelen, content en kanaalinzet.
