Draag op jouw manier bij aan een betekenisvol leven van onze jongeren en hun context. Contextbegeleider is een veelzijdige job in een warme organisatie. Wij zijn benieuwd naar jouw talenten en kijken er naar uit om je te ontmoeten!

Wij zijn op korte termijn op zoek naar een Contextbegeleider m/v/x (deeltijds).

Het betreft een contract van bepaalde duur voor één jaar met een tewerkstelling van 30,40 uur per week.

Wat doe je als gezinsbegeleider?

Je gaat procesmatig aan de slag met ouders en hun context van de jongeren die in Bethanië verblijven.

Je bent aanklampend en schrikt er niet voor terug om moeilijke thema’s te benoemen.

Je gelooft in de kracht van ouders maar je komt terecht in complexe ouderschapsdynamieken, je hebt maturiteit en je bent standvastig, ook in situaties met een hoog crisisgehalte.

Je werkt netwerkversterkend want je gelooft dat mensen zich ondersteund voelen in een breed netwerk

Je gaat steeds op zoek naar verbinding en afstemming met ouders en hun context vanuit een gedragen multidisciplinaire visie.

Je gaat graag op zoek naar de betekenis achter hechtingsdynamieken, je kan orthopedagogisch en vanuit metapositie denken over de noden van kinderen en hun context en hierop anticiperen. Je hebt ervaring in het contextueel werken en handelt vanuit meerzijdige partijdigheid.

Je vindt het belangrijk om de stem van ouders en hun context in te brengen in de cluster- en leefgroepwerking.

Je bent een teamplayer en functioneert goed in een multidisciplinaire werking waarin er ruimte is voor feedback

Toch werk je ook graag zelfstandig : je kan jouw eigen agenda beheren.

Je faciliteert administratief en inhoudelijk alle modules rond verblijfsregelingen, aanwezigheidslijsten, financiële afspraken, je bent verantwoordelijk voor het wachtlijstbeheer.

Je onderhoudt de contacten met externe hulpverleningsdiensten (Geestelijke Gezondheidszorg, Integrale Jeugdzorg, Gemeenschapsinstellingen…), je organiseert netwerkoverleg.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

Je kunt zelfstandig werken maar blijft steeds in nauwe verbinding met de andere vakgroepen en diensten rond het cliëntsysteem.

Kennis van Signs of Safety (Opgroeien in Veiligheid) is een meerwaarde, alsook kennis met het ontwikkelingsmodel van Dôsen, of je bent bereid je hierin te verdiepen.

Je werkt zorgvuldig, je bent een sterke planner. Regelwerk en administratie schrikt jou niet af.

Minimaal Bachelor sociaal agogisch werk, maatschappelijk werk of een aanverwante opleiding.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat met maturiteit en ervaring in contextueel werken ; je hebt reeds ervaring als gezinsbegeleider, stage- ervaring kan ons ook overtuigen.
