Wil jij productieprocessen slimmer, efficiënter en betrouwbaarder maken? In deze rol combineer je jouw technische kennis met data en technologie om concrete verbeteringen binnen een moderne productieomgeving te realiseren.

In regio Deinze kom je terecht bij een Belgische industriële speler met internationale activiteiten. Vanuit de lokale productieomgeving wordt sterk ingezet op technische expertise, digitalisering en continue verbetering. De organisatie blijft investeren in nieuwe technologieën en systemen om processen verder te optimaliseren en prestaties meetbaar en stuurbaar te maken.

Als CI Engineer vorm je de brug tussen productie, technologie en procesoptimalisatie. Je analyseert bestaande processen, identificeert verbeteropportuniteiten en werkt mee aan projecten die de efficiëntie, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van de productie verhogen. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om op termijn jouw expertise verder uit te bouwen en een bredere impact binnen de organisatie te realiseren.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als CI Engineer analyseer je productieprocessen en vertaal je technische en operationele inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen op vlak van efficiëntie, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid
  • Daarnaast werk je samen met productie aan technologische verbeterprojecten en begeleid je de implementatie van nieuwe oplossingen binnen de operationele omgeving
  • Verder ondersteun je de verdere digitalisering van de productie door systemen zoals MES en data mining mee uit te rollen en optimaal te benutten
  • Ook gebruik je data en procesinformatie om prestaties beter inzichtelijk te maken, afwijkingen te detecteren en gericht verbeteracties op te zetten
  • Tot slot volg je nieuwe technologieën en ontwikkelingen op en onderzoek je hoe deze kunnen bijdragen aan een efficiëntere en toekomstgerichte productieomgeving
  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma als Industrieel Ingenieur, bij voorkeur in Elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige technische richting
  • Je hebt minstens 1-2 jaar ervaring binnen process engineering, continuous improvement of een productieomgeving en bent in staat om verbeterprojecten zelfstandig en gestructureerd aan te pakken
  • Kennis van Lean, Six Sigma, projectmanagement of ervaring met internationale projecten vormt een mooie meerwaarde
