Ben jij geboeid door industriële productieprocessen en zie je overal mogelijkheden om efficiënter, slimmer en kwalitatiever te werken? In deze functie combineer je technische analyses met concrete verbeterprojecten op de werkvloer. Je krijgt de ruimte om processen kritisch onder de loep te nemen, structurele oplossingen uit te werken en samen met verschillende teams tastbare resultaten te realiseren.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je analyseert productieprocessen en identificeert optimalisaties om de efficiëntie, kwaliteit en productiviteit te verhogen.
  • Je onderzoekt processtoringen en afwijkingen en gaat via root cause analyses op zoek naar duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je maakt gebruik van methodieken zoals 5 Why, DMAIC, PDCA, Pareto en OEE om verliezen te beperken en processen te verbeteren.
  • Je ondersteunt operatoren op de werkvloer door kennis te delen, opleidingen te voorzien en verbeterde werkmethodes te introduceren.
  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert werkinstructies, procescontroles en technische standaarden met aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de onderhoudsafdeling om technische verbeteringen te realiseren en investeringsmogelijkheden te identificeren.
  • Je neemt verbeterprojecten in handen en bewaakt hierbij de impact op kostprijs, kwaliteit, productievolume, veiligheid en milieu.
  • Je ondersteunt nieuwe productontwikkelingen, van industriële testen tot de succesvolle implementatie en opschaling naar productie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur chemie of materiaalkunde.
  • Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet complexe technische vraagstukken om te zetten in praktische oplossingen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en voelt je comfortabel bij het zelfstandig leiden van verbeterprojecten.
