De organisatie werkt samen met installateurs en producenten binnen de sector en heeft een sterk uitgebouwd internationaal netwerk. Productontwikkeling en optimalisatie staan centraal, met een duidelijke focus op praktische toepassingen en een efficiënte, toekomstgerichte waardeketen.

Ter versterking van het team in de regio Deinze, gaan ze op zoek naar een Continuous Improvement Engineer.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Continuous Improvement Engineer analyseer je de volledige supply chain keten met focus op kostenstructuren, transport en internationale stromen
  • Strategische scenario’s zoals alternatieve sourcing of nieuwe locaties worden uitgewerkt door jou en onderbouwd met data-analyses
  • Je identificeert initiatieven rond kostenreductie en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeterprojecten met meetbare impact
  • Daarnaast zal je lean-analyses uitvoeren en projecten opzetten om binnen de waardeketen te zorgen voor optimalisaties op zowel operationeel als strategisch niveau
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en oplossen van complexe problemen binnen logistieke stromen
  • In deze rol zal je nauw samenwerken met interne teams en stakeholders om ervoor te zorgen dat de implementaties die je doet gedragen worden binnen de onderneming
  • Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma engineering, supply chain, economie of een aanverwante richting
  • Daarnaast beschik je over minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen procesoptimalisatie en/of supply-chain processen
  • Je bent in het bezit van minstens een Lean Six Sigma Green Belt-certificering
  • Strategisch en analytisch denken is één van jouw sterktes!
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels zijn noodzakelijk voor deze rol
