Wil jij verbeteringen niet alleen bedenken, maar ze ook echt realiseren in een internationale productieomgeving? Voor een internationaal actieve productieonderneming in de regio Ooigem zoeken we een Continuous Improvement Lead.

In deze sleutelrol bouw je aan een sterke verbetercultuur binnen Operations. Je brengt mensen, processen en data samen en realiseert duurzame vooruitgang op het vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid, productiviteit en kosten. Dan is deze uitdaging zeker iets voor jou.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je rapporteert aan de Site Director en bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor Continuous Improvement binnen de verschillende productieafdelingen.
  • Je ontwikkelt een CI-strategie en definieert en analyseert relevante KPI's.
  • Je vertaalt data samen met operationele verantwoordelijken en medewerkers naar concrete acties.
  • Je begeleidt verbeter- en verandertrajecten vanuit de productieomgeving.
  • Je coacht medewerkers en leidinggevenden in Lean-, verbeter- en probleemoplossingsmethodieken.
  • Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en stimuleert betrokkenheid en eigenaarschap.
  • Je faciliteert verbeterinitiatieven met technieken zoals Kaizen, SMED, A3, 5S, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis en 5 Why's.
  • Je volgt de implementatie van verbeteringen nauwgezet op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat behaalde resultaten duurzaam worden geborgd.
  • Je werkt volgens de geldende kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en voedselveiligheidsstandaarden.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een technische, industriële of bedrijfskundige richting, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden van Continuous Improvement-trajecten.
  • Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een grondige en praktische kennis van Lean Manufacturing en relevante verbetertechnieken.
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een pragmatische en resultaatgerichte aanpak.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en vertaalt data naar concrete, haalbare en duurzame verbeteringen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels met collega's op de werkvloer en met het management.
  • Je bent een overtuigende coach en facilitator die mensen meekrijgt in verandering.
