Ga aan de slag met het realiseren van significante verbeteringen in het productieproces en draag bij aan het behalen van topresultaten op KPI's als veiligheid, kwaliteit, TAT en kosten. Stap aan boord bij E&M (Engineering & Maintenance) en grijp de kans om jezelf zowel op professioneel als persoonlijk vlak verder te ontwikkelen! Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het initiëren, begeleiden en coachen van verbeterinitiatieven binnen jouw unit. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en teams, gebruikt Lean methodologieën & tools en zorgt ervoor dat verbeteringen effectief worden doorgevoerd en geborgd. Je stuurt het proces aan, bewaakt de voortgang en rapporteert de resultaten aan het (daily) management. - je begeleidt teams bij het verbeteren van productieprocessen en het behalen van KPI's; middels Daily Management (SQDIP). Daarin coach je teamleiders en leads in het toepassen van Daily Management en gestructureerde probleemoplossing; - je ontwikkelt projectplannen volgens de Problem Solving (DMAIC of PDCA) methodiek en zorgt voor de uitvoering ervan. Je motiveert teams op basis van data-gedreven inzichten en borgt de betrokkenheid van alle stakeholders; - je zorgt dat verbeteringen worden geborgd in standaarden, werkprocessen en Daily Management; - je analyseert structurele knelpunten in de end-to-end productieflow en initieert verbeterinitiatieven om TAT, WIP en throughput te verbeteren; - je rapporteert de voortgang van projecten en zorgt voor de implementatie van verbeteringen binnen andere teams; - je richt je niet alleen op lokale verbeteringen, maar draagt ook bij aan het structureel verbeteren van de productieflow en operationele prestaties van de unit.
