Je komt terecht in een innovatieve, dynamische productieomgeving waar passie voor procesoptimalisatie en kwaliteit vooropstaan. ??? Jouw dag als Continuous Improvement Leader Als CI Coach ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een cultuur van continue verbetering. Je vertaalt strategische visies naar concrete acties op de werkvloer. Jouw takenpakket is uitdagend en veelzijdig:

  • Strategie & Implementatie: Je vertaalt (inter)nationale CI-strategieën naar concrete, praktische acties op de werkvloer en voer je deze op maat uit.
  • Coaching & Training: Je traint en coacht medewerkers inhoudelijk en gedragsmatig in het toepassen van Lean, Kaizen en andere verbetertechnieken.
  • Procesanalyse: Je analyseert operationele data, identificeert knelpunten en ondersteunt teams bij het effectief doorvoeren van verbeteracties.
  • Borging & Monitoring: Je ontwikkelt systemen voor prestatiemonitoring (KPI’s) en zorgt dat veranderingen en werkstandaarden duurzaam verankerd worden.

Profiel

?? Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma (bv. Industriële Ingenieurswetenschappen, Bedrijfskunde of Supply Chain Management) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt geen ervaring nodig, maar wel een mooi diploma en de wil om binnen Continuous Improvement te beginnen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands.
