Bij Vuye Flexible Packaging drukken we labels voor de gespecialiseerde voedingsindustrie, van uiteenlopende verpakkingen tot hoogwaardige premium labels voor re-use toepassingen. We zijn een nichespecialist met een trouw internationaal klantenbestand en een sterke, aanhoudende groei.

Wat ons echt typeert? Wij krijgen moeilijke projecten gedaan. Of het nu gaat om complexe maatwerkoplossingen, innovatieve productontwikkelingen of het optimaliseren van onze productieprocessen, wij gaan geen uitdaging uit de weg.

Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen, breiden we ons team uit met een Continuous Improvement & Product Innovation Manager die onze dagelijkse werking scherper stelt én nieuwe projecten succesvol opstart en realiseert. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met collega’s om efficiëntie te verhogen, kwaliteit te verbeteren en processen slimmer en leaner te maken.

Continuous Improvement

  • Je weet hoe de machines werken en hoe de mensen er mee om gaan. Je denkt logisch na over wat er efficiënter kan en neemt hierin initiatief om verbeteringen uit te voeren en op te volgen.
  • Je betrekt collega’s actief in verbetertrajecten, want sterke ideeën hebben pas impact als ze gedragen en correct uitgevoerd worden op de werkvloer.
  • Je weet goed in te schatten waar je voor het bedrijf het verschil maakt. Elke dag 1% beter, maakt na verloop van tijd een heel groot verschil.
  • Ervaring met Lean management is mooi meegenomen, maar met een heldere blik, veel motivatie en een autodidactische insteek kom je even ver.

We mikken op iemand die graag schakelt tussen dagelijkse operations en technische innovatie:

  • Je voelt je even goed tussen de machines en operatoren, als achter jouw bureau.
  • Gemotiveerd om in een mooie productie omgeving het verschil te maken.
  • Ownership voor projecten is voor jou een natuurlijk en vanzelfsprekende eigenschap.
  • Intra-preneur: je bent een ondernemer binnen het bedrijf en kan zeer zelfstandig en toch collegiaal werken.
  • Analytisch, gestructureerd, gedisciplineerd, …
  • Comfortabel met complexe, technische vraagstukken, je schrikt niet terug van een uitdaging.
  • Sterke communicator die teams kan verbinden en motiveren.
