En tant que Contrôleur de Gestion Commerciale et Reporting, vous renforcez l’équipe Finance d’une entreprise belge de référence dans l’agroalimentaire. Vous contribuez au pilotage de la performance commerciale, industrielle et financière dans un environnement attaché à la qualité, à l’innovation et à l’amélioration continue.

Vous accompagnez la Direction et les équipes opérationnelles dans la compréhension des résultats et la prise de décision. Votre rôle combine analyses de rentabilité, suivi budgétaire et développement des outils de reporting, avec une attention particulière à la fiabilité des données et aux leviers de performance.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Piloter et analyser les ventes, les marges et les prix de revient.
  • Examiner les écarts budgétaires et les principaux indicateurs de performance.
  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et aux reportings Groupe.
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration des budgets et des forecasts.
  • Réaliser des analyses ad hoc pour la Direction.
  • Structurer, fiabiliser et faire évoluer les reportings.
  • Transformer les données en informations claires et utiles à la prise de décision.
  • Accompagner les équipes commerciales, industrielles, supply chain et financières dans le suivi de leurs indicateurs.
  • Apporter un regard critique et constructif sur les résultats.
  • Analyser le pricing et la rentabilité par client et par produit.
  • Étudier les effets du mix, des volumes et des opérations sur les marges.
  • Participer à l’amélioration des systèmes d’information et à la digitalisation des reportings.
  • Contribuer au développement des outils de gestion.
  • Proposer des simplifications de processus et renforcer la fiabilité des données.
  • Selon votre expérience, coordonner des sujets transversaux et animer les échanges entre départements.
  • Un diplôme en gestion, finance, économie ou une formation équivalente constitue votre base.
  • Cinq à dix ans d’expérience confirmée en contrôle de gestion sont requis.
  • Une expérience dans l’industrie, l’agroalimentaire, les FMCG ou le retail est privilégiée.
  • Une vision d’ensemble s’accompagne de la capacité à examiner les données et leur saisie dans le détail.
  • L’esprit critique vous permet de challenger les chiffres et de formuler des recommandations concrètes.
  • Rigueur, organisation, précision et fiabilité caractérisent votre travail.
  • La curiosité vous pousse à comprendre les opérations et les leviers de performance au-delà des chiffres.
  • Une communication claire et accessible facilite vos échanges avec des interlocuteurs financiers et non financiers.
  • Le goût du défi, l’esprit d’équipe et une forte conscience professionnelle soutiennent votre engagement.
  • Excel et la suite Office sont maîtrisés.
  • La connaissance de Power BI, d’un ERP et des outils de reporting représente un atout important.
  • Une première expérience de coordination, d’animation transversale ou de management constitue un plus.
