Au sein d’une organisation industrielle en pleine évolution, le Contrôleur de gestion FR/NL joue un rôle essentiel dans le suivi de la performance commerciale et la fiabilité des données financières. Cette fonction de Contrôleur de gestion FR/NL s’inscrit dans un environnement où précision, analyse et collaboration sont indispensables.

Tâches et responsabilités :

  • Élaboration de tableaux de bord destinés au suivi de la performance commerciale.
  • Production de rapports spécifiques selon les besoins de la Direction pour le pilotage des activités.
  • Réalisation du reporting mensuel vers la maison mère.
  • Configuration et maintenance des outils CRM, notamment Salesforce.
  • Analyse des données financières et contribution à la qualité des informations transmises.
  • Participation active à l’amélioration des outils de gestion et des processus internes.
  • Collaboration avec les équipes internes pour garantir une vision claire et structurée des résultats.
  • Contribution à la fiabilité des indicateurs utilisés dans la fonction de Contrôleur de gestion FR/NL.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et bonne maîtrise des données financières.
  • Première expérience en contrôle de gestion ou domaine similaire.
  • Excellent esprit d’analyse et rigueur.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, SAP, HFM).
  • Bonne connaissance du néerlandais, minimum niveau B2.
  • Intérêt marqué pour les sujets informatiques.
  • Capacité de synthèse et d’analyse.
  • Dynamisme, enthousiasme et proactivité.
  • Aisance relationnelle et capacité à collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs.
  • Motivation à évoluer dans la fonction de Contrôleur de gestion FR/NL.
