Dat vraagt om een actieve en innovatieve rol van ons als woningcorporatie, en van jou als contractbeheerder. Jij staat voor structuur, initiatief en efficiëntie. Als contractbeheerder zorg jij ervoor dat contracten goed geregeld zijn én goed blijven werken. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken en bent continu op zoek naar manieren om processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten. Zo lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de dienstverlening van Mozaïek Wonen. Wat ga je doen Als contractbeheerder ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen Mozaïek Wonen, leveranciers en contractpartners. Je vertaalt de behoeften vanuit de organisatie naar heldere uitvragen richting de markt en zorgt ervoor dat contracten niet alleen goed worden afgesloten, maar ook optimaal functioneren gedurende de looptijd. Je werkt binnen het team Vastgoed Voorbereiding & Ondersteuning en speelt een belangrijke rol in het verder professionaliseren van het contractbeheer binnen de organisatie. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de dagelijkse uitvoering, maar denk je ook mee over de strategische inrichting van contracten, aanbestedingen en samenwerkingen voor de langere termijn. Je houdt grip op lopende afspraken, monitort prestaties van leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat contractafspraken worden nageleefd.
