  • Opvolgen en beheren van contractuele verplichtingen richting de klant.
  • Coördineren van risico’s, opportuniteiten, contractuele mijlpalen en commerciële actieplannen.
  • Beheren van klantencorrespondentie, bewijsstukken, opleveringen en acceptaties.
  • Opvolgen van offertes, aankooporders, facturatie, betalingen en eventuele penalties.
  • Verzamelen, controleren en doorgeven van relevante contractuele voortgangsinformatie.
  • Opvolgen van partners en belangrijke subcontractors.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van commerciële offertes.
  • Nauwe afstemming met de contract management teams van Naval Group in Frankrijk.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een juridische richting en 3 tot 6 jaar relevante ervaring in project- en contractmanagement.
  • Je hebt ervaring met businessrelaties, onderhandelingen en stakeholdermanagement.
  • Je hebt kennis van management control, financiën en contractrecht.
  • Je bent een organisatorisch multidiciplinair talent met een hoge mate van zelfstandigheid.
  • Je bent enthousiast om aan de slag te gaan in de maritieme defensie-industrie.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; kennis van het Frans is een plus.
