Voor een financieel sterke organisatie met 200 medewerkers zijn wij op zoek naar een Contract Manager voor de regio Waasland voor 2 gevangenissen. Deze organisatie streeft ernaar om de gebruikers van gebouwen te voorzien van de meest comfortabele werkomgeving. Ze zijn verantwoordelijk voor de installatie, onderhoud en nazorg van de HVAC installaties. Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Als Contract Manager ben jij de spil in het beheer van contracten en draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van HVAC-projecten.
  • Je bent bedreven in het onderhandelen over contractvoorwaarden met klanten, onderaannemers en leveranciers, en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen zich houden aan de contractuele verplichtingen.
  • Het bewaken van het projectbudget en het handhaven van kosten binnen de gestelde grenzen zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • In samenwerking met de projectleiders zorg je ervoor dat alle projecten tijdig worden opgeleverd binnen de gestelde deadlines.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je kan met trots een masterpdiploma elektromechanica voorleggen en kan jezelf een specialist in HVAC noemen.
  • Je weet hoe je werknemers moet aansturen en bent een echte teamleader.
  • Met jouw helikopterview zijn deadlines een fluitje van een cent.
  • Ik zoek een gedreven Contract Manager die zijn team constant weet te motiveren om het beste van zichzelf te geven.
