Als Contract Manager in Gent neem je de leiding over technische projecten en de dagelijkse samenwerking met een vaste industriële klant. Je stuurt teams aan, bewaakt planning, budget en veiligheid en bouwt aan een duurzame klantrelatie. Een veelzijdige functie waarin technisch inzicht, leiderschap en commerciële feeling samenkomen.

  • Beheren en verder uitbouwen van de samenwerking met één vaste industriële klant in Gent.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor de klant, leveranciers en interne afdelingen.
  • Leiden en coördineren van technische projecten, van opstart tot oplevering.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de klantlocatie.
  • Aansturen en motiveren van werkvoorbereiders, engineers, supervisors, techniekers en onderaannemers.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen, personeelsbezetting, budgetten en financiële doelstellingen.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, deadlines en technische conformiteit.
  • Toezien op de naleving van HSEQ-procedures en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Opvolgen van contractuele afspraken en signaleren en beheren van meer- en minderwerken.
  • Ondersteunen bij offertes, contractonderhandelingen en nieuwe projectopstarten.
  • Identificeren van klantbehoeften en kansen om de samenwerking verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Analyseren van projectresultaten en optimaliseren van processen, werkmethodes en rendabiliteit.
  • Rapporteren aan de klant en het management over voortgang, kosten, resultaten en KPI's.
  • Ervaring in contractmanagement, projectmanagement of operations binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Sterke organisatorische, communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden.
  • Commercieel en financieel inzicht, met aandacht voor kosten en rendabiliteit.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en een besluitvaardige, oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Vermogen om teams te motiveren en verschillende belangen samen te brengen.
  • Klantgerichte houding en talent voor het opbouwen van duurzame relaties.
  • Gestructureerde werkwijze en overzicht bij veranderende prioriteiten.
  • Sterke aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
