Werktijden In deze fulltime functie werk je 40 uur per week tijdens reguliere kantoortijden van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Dit ga je doen Wil jij als ervaren Contract Manager een sleutelrol spelen binnen een grootschalig bouwproject in Rotterdam ? In deze functie draag je bij aan de realisatie van een industriële projectlocatie waar contractbeheer, commercieel inzicht en samenwerking samenkomen. Dankzij de omvang en fase van het project krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en directe invloed op de voortgang van de werkzaamheden. Omdat het gaat om een tijdelijk project van één jaar, is dit een mooie kans om jouw expertise in te zetten binnen een uitdagende omgeving. Lees snel verder! Als Contract Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer en de administratie van contracten tijdens de uitvoeringsfase van het project. De nadruk ligt op contractmanagement na gunning, maar ook andere commerciële en contractuele werkzaamheden maken deel uit van jouw functie.
