Je komt terecht bij een internationale speler in technisch onderhoud en gebouwentechnieken, sterk verankerd in België en met duizenden medewerkers wereldwijd.

Vanuit Oost-Vlaanderen krijg je de mogelijkheid om uitdagende onderhoudscontracten voor gebouwen en installaties te beheren, processen te optimaliseren en een team te coachen. Dankzij korte communicatielijnen en een gestructureerde aanpak werk je autonoom en kan je jouw commerciële en technische expertise volledig inzetten.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Contract Manager fungeer je als eerste aanspreekpunt voor je toegewezen klanten en bouw je duurzame, sterke relaties uit
  • Jaarlijkse budgetten en businessplannen bewaak en volg je, met oog voor zowel technische als financiële prestaties
  • Je begeleidt en coacht je team van techniekers en projectmedewerkers, zodat zij efficiënt, zelfstandig en veilig kunnen werken
  • Verder optimaliseer je processen en workflows, waarbij interne en externe partners actief betrokken worden
  • Je rapporteert aan de Business Unit Manager en zorgt voor een vlotte afstemming tussen klanten, team en andere afdelingen
  • Je hebt een hoger technisch diploma en sterke kennis van HVAC, elektriciteit en gebouwautomatisering
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen HVAC, gebouwentechniek of een commerciële technische functie
  • Als hands-on people manager ondersteun je je team dagelijks en betrek je klanten en management op een natuurlijke manier
