The posting

Wij zoeken 2 contract managers: één met het Nederlands als voorkeurstaal en één met het Frans als voorkeurstaal. In deze rol zorg je voor de afstemming tussen contracten, klanten en projectteams van aanbesteding tot oplevering. Je werkt in een industriële en infrastructuuromgeving waar contracten een directe impact hebben op projectuitvoering, risicobeheer en duurzame klantenrelaties.

Jouw werklocatie: Braine-l’Alleud of Aartselaar, met regelmatige verplaatsingen naar projectlocaties voor opvolging en coördinatie ter plaatse.

Jouw Equans-uitvalsbasis: Aartselaar.

Wat ga je doen?

  • contractuele verplichtingen analyseren, adviseren over en opvolgen samen met projectmanagers
  • de schakel vormen tussen de divisie Mobility en de centrale afdeling Contract Management van Equans Belux
  • projecten ondersteunen vanaf de aanbestedingsfase tot en met uitvoering en oplevering
  • teams ondersteunen bij de interpretatie van contractclausules, SLA’s en wijzigingsorders
  • het tenderteam ondersteunen bij de analyse van contractuele risico’s met betrekking tot planning, technische scope en financiële impact
  • contractuele input voorbereiden voor risicoselectiecomités
  • projectmanagers ondersteunen bij het beheer van contracten met klanten, consortia, onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • onderhandelingen coördineren en claimdossiers samenstellen in nauwe samenwerking met Legal
  • contractuele risico’s en opportuniteiten opvolgen en prioriteren, en adviseren over beheersmaatregelen of commerciële valorisatie
  • bijdragen aan de verbetering van interne processen en tools voor contractopvolging

  • een masterdiploma in engineering, bedrijfskunde of rechten, of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • minstens 5 jaar ervaring in contractmanagement, project control of projectmanagement binnen industriële of infrastructuurprojecten
  • ervaring met complexe samenwerkingsstructuren en het beheer van onderaannemers
  • een grondige kennis van de wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten
  • sterke analytische vaardigheden om contractuele risico’s correct te beoordelen
  • een proactieve aanpak in relatiemanagement met overtuigingskracht tijdens onderhandelingen
  • een oplossingsgerichte en klantgerichte mindset
  • een gestructureerde manier van werken met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • duidelijke en genuanceerde communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels
