Contract- & procesmanager manager | Van Hoeckel | Veghel Locatie: Veghel, NL, 5466 RB "Jij verbindt commerciële processen, klantbehoeften en innovatie, zodat onze zorgklanten altijd op ons kunnen rekenen." ✅ Je speelt een sleutelrol binnen de zorgtak van Sligro: Van Hoeckel. ✅ Je werkt nauw samen met het MT, accountmanagers en verschillende afdelingen. ✅ Veel ruimte om processen slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendig te maken. ✅ Een functie voor 32-40 uur per week, met de mogelijkheid om tot 2 dagen thuis te werken. ✅ Werken aan innovatie, digitalisering en de inzet van AI-oplossingen zoals Copilot. Wat ga je doen? Van Hoeckel is de business unit Zorg van Sligro. Zij zorgen onder andere voor volledige maaltijden, boodschappen en maaltijdcomponenten in de zorgsector en dit vraagt om expliciete kennis en een op maat gemaakte oplossing per zorgorganisatie. Als Contract- & procesmanager binnen Van Hoeckel zorg jij ervoor dat commerciële en administratieve processen rondom onze grootste zorgklanten soepel verlopen. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen accountmanagement, operatie en management. Daarbij zorg je dat afspraken, assortimenten en klantinformatie zorgvuldig worden vastgelegd en makkelijk toegankelijk zijn. Je kijkt continu hoe processen slimmer kunnen en zet hiervoor onder andere LEAN-methodieken en digitale hulpmiddelen zoals Microsoft Copilot in. Ook vertaal je klantvragen naar werkbare oplossingen binnen onze organisatie. Door jouw scherpe blik en gestructureerde aanpak kunnen collega's efficiënter werken en kunnen klanten vertrouwen op een professionele dienstverlening. Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de borging van commerciële afspraken, klantstructuren en assortimenten binnen Van Hoeckel.
