Pour le compte d'un de nos clients qui est actif dans le secteur de l'immobilier, nous recherchons un.e Contract/Project Manager Assistant. En tant que Contract/Project Manager Assistant vous êtes la personne clé qui veille au bon déroulement de tous les processus administratifs. De la rédaction de lettres à la gestion du courrier entrant et sortant, vous avez tout sous contrôle !

Vous vous assurez que l'équipe puisse se concentrer pleinement sur ses tâches principales, car vous gérez une administration sans faille en coulisse.

En tant que Contract/Project Manager Assistant vous serez responsable des tâches suivantes :

  • Vous rédigez des courriers à la demande des projet managers, des contract managers et du Management. Vous veillez à ce que cette correspondance soit signée et suivie.
  • Vous gérez la correspondance entrante et sortante.
  • Vous êtes en charge des boîtes mail fonctionnelles et vous distribuez ou répondez aux e-mails entrants.
  • Vous gérez les appels téléphoniques entrants et sortants.
  • Vous assurez la gestion numérique et l'archivage des documents importants tels que les procès-verbaux, les contrats, etc.
  • Vous téléchargez les documents sur la plateforme d'assistance Axxerion.
  • Vous organisez et suivez le contrôle et la mise à jour annuelle des coordonnées des parties prenantes.
  • Vous apportez votre aide à la rédaction et à la préparation de présentations internes et externes.
  • Vous organisez le rapport trimestriel et veillez à un suivi efficace de celui-ci.

Profil idéal pour la fonction de Contract/Project Manager Assistant:

  • Vous avez suivi une formation administrative ou avez acquis par expérience un niveau équivalent.
  • Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais mais aussi le français et avec une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • Vous maîtrisez bien MS Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux.e et organisé.e, vous gardez toujours une vue d'ensemble et travaillez efficacement, même sur plusieurs projets en même temps.
  • Vous êtes orienté.e solution, vous prenez des initiatives et aimez travailler aussi bien en équipe que de manière autonome.
  • Curieux.e et toujours prêt.e à relever de nouveaux défis !
  • Le travail répétitif ne vous fait pas peur, au contraire, vous prenez plaisir à fournir de la qualité à chaque fois.
