Je zorgt ervoor dat contracten juridisch correct zijn, cao-bepalingen juist worden toegepast en wijzigingen zorgvuldig worden doorgevoerd. Daarnaast kijk je kritisch naar bestaande werkwijzen, identificeer je risico's en draag je actief bij aan het optimaliseren van processen. In deze functie verdiep je je in contractmanagement, cao's, arbeidsrecht en relevante wet- en regelgeving. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor collega's en levert een bijdrage aan de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere: - Het opstellen, controleren en verwerken van contracten en contractwijzigingen. - Het vertalen van cao-afspraken, arbeidsvoorwaarden en wetgeving naar praktische en werkbare oplossingen. - Het waarborgen van de naleving van contractuele afspraken, kwaliteitsnormen en compliance-eisen. - Het adviseren van interne stakeholders over contractuele vraagstukken, arbeidsrecht en relevante regelgeving. - Het signaleren van risico's, afwijkingen en mogelijkheden voor verbetering. - Het initiëren en ondersteunen van procesoptimalisaties en efficiëntieverbeteringen Wat verwachten we van jou? - Hbo of WO diploma in de richting van rechten - 2 t...
