Als CBRE Contract Support bied je uitstekende klantenservice en administratieve ondersteuning aan een grote businessunit, faciliteit of klantaccount. Deze functie maakt deel uit van het domein Contract Quality Management, dat verantwoordelijk is voor het beheren van de dienstverlening binnen contracten en ervoor zorgt dat alle contractuele vereisten worden nageleefd.

Als Contract Support ondersteun je de operationele, administratieve en financiële activiteiten van een klantaccount. Je zorgt voor een kwalitatieve dienstverlening aan klanten, coördineert leveranciers, beheert facturatie- en rapporteringsprocessen en waakt erover dat alle werkzaamheden conform de contractuele afspraken worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast draag je bij aan HSE/QHSE-compliance, analyseer je gegevens om problemen op te lossen en identificeer je verbeter- en besparingsmogelijkheden om de efficiëntie en prestaties van het account verder te optimaliseren.

  • Diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig met 3 à 4 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Een grondige kennis van processen, procedures, systemen en concepten binnen het eigen vakgebied.
  • Het vermogen om complexe of uitzonderlijke informatie op een duidelijke, beknopte en logische manier te evalueren en te communiceren.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van Microsoft Office-toepassingen zoals Word, Excel en Outlook.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden gecombineerd met een analytische en nieuwsgierige ingesteldheid.
  • Gevorderde mathematische vaardigheden, waaronder het berekenen van percentages, kortingen en marges/opslagen.
