Ben jij technisch onderlegd, communicatief sterk en klaar voor een veelzijdige functie? Dan is deze rol als Contractbeheerder perfect voor jou. Als Contractbeheerder beheer je een eigen klantenportefeuille en zorg je ervoor dat onderhoudscontracten financieel, technisch en organisatorisch soepel verlopen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, stuurt een serviceteam aan en adviseert over onderhoud, verduurzaming en optimalisatie. Als Contractbeheerder combineer je klantbezoek met kantoorwerk en heb je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Jouw werkzaamheden als Contractbeheerder zijn o.a.

- Beheren van onderhoudscontracten bij diverse klanten;

- Hanteren en bewaken van SLA-afspraken;

- Adviseren van klanten over onderhoud en verduurzamingen van de panden;

- Opstellen van offertes en contractverlengingen;

- Bewaken van de financiële resultaten.

We zoeken voor deze functie een zelfstandig werkend persoon die pro-actief zaken oppakt en eigen maakt. Uiteraard staat er een team collega's voor je klaar en doe je het samen, maar het zal regelmatig voorkomen dat jij de kar trekt! Verder vragen we van jou het volgende:

- Afgeronde MBO 4 of HBO opleiding in een technische richting;

- Beschikbaarheid voor minimaal 32 uur, het liefst voor 40 uur per week;

- Sterke communicatieve en administratieve werkzaamheden.
